Not so Fantastic Foods

Food is good but if you really think about it some fast food and just some food in general can be really bad for you and it can have many chemicals in it, or it may even be processed. It can have synthetic ingredients and have chemicals in it. Some food may also be caloricorly dense and be very unhealthy, and sometimes nutritionally barren. First off, fast food may contain chemicals that are very bad for you and not meant for people to consume every day, but sadly some people do. Secondly, It may be caloricorly dense which means it has a lot of calories and if you don’t burn them off by going for a jog or run, you will start to gain weight and that is not good for you. So after eating fast food instead of just sitting on the couch and being lazy, you should go and get a workout in and burn all of those calories off. Lastly, It’s nutritionally barren which means that it may have a little flavor but sometimes none. Some food and fast food places may be really good and have a lot of flavor but most of the time that flavor is artificially flavored, which means that it’s pretty much fake and flavored with a bunch of chemicals. In conclusion, fast food is not good for you and can contain many chemicals and synthetic ingredients which are not good for anyone’s bodies. Secondly they may also be caloricorly dense, where if you don’t get some type of workout you will start to gain weight, and lastly they may be nutritionally barren where it might have no flavor but if it does it is most likely artificially flavored.
